Fabulous place and amazing staff. Definitely one of the best bridal shops I visited during my dress hunt. I found my dress just over a year ago and the staff were so welcoming. Ended up really panicked straight after buying it and was second guessing my choice. The staff were so lovely and understanding they invited me to re try the dress on and helped calm my nerves ? I decided to take my bridesmaid to try on their Tiffany?s collection and it was stunning. My bridesmaid complimented how lovely the store was and how attentive the staff are. My wedding dress arrived and I collected it last month - very excited and definitely thankful I didn?t change my mind. Big thank you to all the ladies at the bridal lounge ??

An absolutely amazing experience at the Bridal Lounge finding my dream wedding dress. Emily and the team were brilliant, nothing was too much trouble and they had great ideas on how to turn my dream dress into a very dream dress! I walked away on the first visit with a chosen dress. I had a fantastic experience from start to finish! Charlotte and Sharon were so welcoming and instantly put my nerves at ease. Sharon was brilliant and encouraged me to choose a selection of dresses I thought I would like, without any pressure. The bridal suite is beautiful and gives you the perfect space to reflect on each dress at your own pace.
To my delight, I found my perfect dress during my very first appointment! I even returned the next day to try on a few similar styles, but I still came back to the original one I had fallen in love with.
Charlotte and Sharon made the whole experience truly special, and I couldn?t be happier. I would highly recommend this bridal shop to any bride-to-be.

As a second time Bride, I was a little apprehensive. However, as soon as I stepped through the front door, the welcome was lovely. I brought along my daughter, mum and sister.
I was shown where to look- either the gowns which would be made to order or the dresses which I could take that day.
I looked at those gowns and chose 5. I initially thought that I knew what I wanted but I pulled out a wild card. This dress was a beautiful A line gown with flowing train and pockets! I still had the second time round thoughts going through my head but the moment I stepped out to show my family, the tears flowed. I had found the gown and performed the swish! I didn't want to take it off but I could take it with me. Its now kept somewhere safe, nearby.
The staff were wonderful, they all commented that the gown fitted perfectly and that it was meant to be. The lounge was a calm, welcoming place to look without being pressured or rushed. A glorious experience.

Absolutely amazing shop! We got my daughters prom dress from here last year, they lady that was helping us was so helpful. my daughter looked absolutely amazing at prom. It's really good that if they have more than one of the same dress them write on the other dress what school prom it is, so no one has the same dress

By far the best bridal shop I have visited - I can't recommend this place enough! Emily was really patient with me and allowed me to try on so many different dresses, and come back for multiple visits to show my family. They have a really good variety of styles and sizes of dresses, and really took the time to get to know me and find my dream dress. Super excited to wear it!

I had the best experience at the bridal lounge. The staff there were so warm and welcoming, it instantly felt like a fun day out. Sharon, who helped me was an absolute gem?super patient, kind, and knew exactly how to make us feel special. The dress selection was huge, with so many gorgeous styles to choose from, I was spoiled for choice! The fitting rooms were spacious, which made trying on dresses comfy and stress-free. Plus, there?s a nice big area to show off the dresses when you step out, so you can properly get a feel for the dress. It was such a memorable day, and I found my dream dress thanks to their amazing team. If you?re dress shopping, this place is a must-visit! By far and away the best shop I visited.
