There was 2 female workers at tesco today, unsure of their names. The lady who served me was lovely, however the other lady was not. There was a queue of people with no-one at the till so when I joined the queue I thought I'd tell a member of staff incase they were not aware of the queue
there was a lady restocking the fridge who I told and she snapped back at me in an annoyed tone. and told me I have to wait there's only 2 members of staff in today. What she said was fair enough, but she said it in a rude and nasty way which was not appreciated. There's no need to be rude to a customer for asking if someone can come to the till.... we are allowed to ask so it would be nice if the staff were nice about it.

Just went in there to buy food, a younger girl at the till was buying alcohol and showed ID. I was then asked to show ID even though I have no form of relationships with this woman. Completely ridiculous as she was denied buying her drinks as I had no ID to show. Rude and completely ridiculous. I understand if we had been together. But as we where not just unnecessary.

Easy for a quick trip to the shop for bread or milk, everything else is severely overpriced which is expected for an express. Parking can be an absolute nightmare at peak times, with there not being enough parking spaces people tend to tuck themselves wherever they can which blocks others in.

Had a great experience here with the staff who were helpful when I got lost driving after my phone died. Especially the one (sorry didn?t get name) that went above and beyond to print out google maps so that I could get back safely! Excellent customer service.\\n\\nMy only slight criticism is they could stock more Apple charging cables.

This is my local Tesco Express, and personally I couldn't be happier with it. They've always had my trifle when I've wanted it, the staff have always been friendly and helpful, with the exception of maybe one or two. Honestly, I will always have this as my local place to enjoy a quick bite to eat or maybe grab some sweet treats late in the evening when I'm feeling it the most. Out of all of the express stores in Trowbridge, this one has to be the best.
