Absolutely awful Tesco. Personal shoppers constantly in the way and using the trolleys as battering rams. Self-checkout staff just mill about and finish putting the world to rights before approving your energy drink.

One of the assistants on self checkouts is EXTREMELY rude and has been on multiple occasions. I have seen her get angry and argue with a disabled person who has been told by management they would be able to open a till for them to make it easier for them and she point blank refused to even ask the manager which they requested while being extremely rude. My partner was trying to buy a bottle of wine for his mother on mothers day and I had just finished work so was with him, asked for my id even though I wasn?t buying it so I said ?I?m clearly not under 18 and I am not buying it? to which she was extremely rude and said ?just because you have tattoos it doesn?t mean you aren?t underage as my daughter got them underage? so we had to leave and come back with my id by this time another colleague was there with her and they DIDNT EVEN CHECK MY ID. I then said I?ve just had to go home and get my id to not even have it checked to which she started shouting about how he needed to ignore us because we?ve clearly come back to prove a point when we were just trying to buy the thing we originally wanted. Other than these incidents I have seen her acting extremely rudely to customers every single time she is on shift. To be honest I have no idea how she is still employed there as she must get a lot of complaints.

Just been to Tesco cafe for a cuppa with my family and want to say how brilliant Claire was doing her job. She's back and to and still smiling, even though they are staff down and have several customers. She's an asset to your Trowbridge store. Thanks AAA+++

On Thursday morning I had excellent customer service from Kirsty and Charlie. They helped find a vase for me and went over and beyond to ensure I got it.

I went in at 10pm on Tuesday and the assistant was stood chatting to her friend who came in shopping, while the red light on my self checkout was flashing. I had to shout if anybody cares about my red light before she noticed. Then when I said something didn't have a barcode on, she said I would have to walk back to get another, so I just left it.

Absolutely stellar service from Bailey in produce, really knows his stuff about the store and didn't hesitate to help out where he could, even went above and beyond to help an elderly lady with her shopping before helping me, such a legend and a true credit to the Trowbridge store!

Tesco cafe in new format is now a shambles. Apart from having to order on machine like McDonald's we had over a 50 minute wait for a kids fish fingers chips and beans. Absolutely not acceptable ?

You need to spend a lot more time in the shop if you want to buy all you need as it?s all moved around or missing , but is the second time it?s happened to me were the staff at the till are rude and miserable, maybe they need to do some training
We are all paying for your services and I don?t expect special treatment but is getting really hard to shop here
