Very happy. Eye test thorough. Helpful staff when trying glasses. Lovely lady helped me with fitting, when I collected them & made me feel very comfortable. They have a really good range of glasses & great at repairs when needed.

As soon as I stepped in, I was greeted with a smile and an incredibly friendly member of staff. The supervisor who helped me on my visit was very efficient and continued to help at every step. Found a great pair of glasses, value for money, only wanted one pair and because i have been before had money for a pair of sunglasses ? now that?s a bonus in my book ? no complaints here from me.

Excellent service. Both myself and my husband had appointments on the same day within ten minutes of each other. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Our appointments were a couple of weeks before Christmas and were told that there might be a delay in getting our glasses, but we picked them up the week after Christmas so we're pleased with that.
