I recently got my ring resized, and am absolutely delighted by the work. After 19 years, the ring no longer fit, but it holds great sentimental value, so I was understandably nervous, arranging for the resize was absolutely brilliant.
The expert jeweller was friendly, professional, and reassuring. He took the time to explain the process clearly and treated the ring with genuine care and respect. The turnaround was quick, and when I collected it, the ring looked absolutely stunning ? polished, perfectly resized, and so many happy memories putting it back on.
I would highly recommend this service to anyone looking for trustworthy, skilled jewellery care. Thank you, for restoring something so special.

Today myself and my partner went here to potentially have her engagement ring valued. We were met with an incredibly rude woman who not only didn't greet us when we entered, but had a horrible attitude when asked the potential value of the ring. She actually dropped the ring onto the scale to weigh it. This could have damaged / scratched the ring! Definitely won't be going here again. And if you're reading this rude woman, please remember you're in a customer facing profession. Don't be a cow.

I recently purchased a Puzzle Ring from Sipsons. What lovely people to do business with! The ring needed resizing and the goldsmith really did an excellent job. They're brilliant! I had a ring reset a couple of years ago and they did a beautiful job and I've just had a ring fixed- broken and loose stones. They took just over a week and did the most fantastic job. I am chuffed to bits!

Excellent helpful service. I had rings re-rhodium plated at another store and they were ruined, I took them to Sipsons, where I got an honest evaluation. They cleaned, polished and re-rhodiumed them, they are now like new.I would highly recommend them.Thank you
