Very clean and tidy..Helpful staff.And all working well,the parking area is massive, the selections of food,clothes and drinks in this shop is unbelievable, you can also use Argos whilst your there, as like a number of them now they use a shared space, probably my favourite part about shopping there is going to the pizza counter choosing a pizza asking them to cook it whilst I'm shopping and just before I head off towards the till collect it pay for everything and then sit in the car park and eat it,always beautifully cooked and just the way I like not soggy....

I?ve never had a bad experience at Sainsbury?s Trowbridge, which is impressive in itself. Staff always friendly and helpful with plenty of choice and reasonable prices to boot.
The only issue I have is having to show your receipt to the machine in order to get out of the building. I guess this is a sign of the times, and for this particular location.
All good overall, and definitely an easy option for a shop in Trowbridge.

Very disappointed in the fruit and veg. Packets of broccoli spears for sale with florets that were yellowing, not at all fit for human consumption. Tomatoes on the vine bought 5 days before their best before date, yet once home discovered them to be wrinkly and squidgy.

When I was leaving the store, the security guard kept looking at me with a strange expression on his face. This lasted for a couple of minutes and made me feel very uncomfortable. When I decided to confront this situation with him and the manager, he clearly had a problem controlling his emotions. He said in a raised voice that I was aggressive and was unable to apologize for his behavior, which was unacceptable and I felt intimidated and harassed by him.
