Required a new stopcock; Alkathene at one end and 15mm copper at the other. Was told I needed a 22x22mm stopcock but would require 3/4? olives and not 22mm olives. Was also told I required a 22/15 reducer. All in stock, everything explained and only £15.
Guy new his stuff so will deffo use them again when I need any plumbing stuff.

Called in today and as a non plumber I showed the chap a broken T fitting and pictures of the other fittings. Quick as a flash the bits I needed appeared. The bill was very reasonable as well compared to the large DIY stores.

Not impressed. Ordered and paid for item on line. Purchase and collection date conformed. Arrived to collect items. Part of my order was eventually found after a long wait. The Rest of my order was mysteriously no where to be found. No email or call saying all items Not in stock.If you do not have items, do NOT COMFIRM ORDERS AND DO NOT TAKE PAYMENT.

They might sell useful products, but unfortunately their key holders don't know how to sort out the alarms screeching until midnight keeping everyone awake. It's been almost 3 hours tonight.

Absolutely brilliant staff. Helped me no ends to get a fairly large job done( I'm not a plumber) with the excact fittings etc to get it done without a revisit...thanks guys your top draw.

Fantastic service and patience shown towards a non plumber ie myself. I cannot fault the quality of the products I bought either. The new immersion tank they supplied me with was far superior in quality to my previous one from Travis Perkins with very little difference in the cost
