Awful pizza. Hardly any topping and forgot the extras we paid for. Handmade shoe soles should be what they advertise. Very disappointing!

Had my order delivered 20 minutes late. They changed my pizza to tomato sauce instead of BBQ. My chicken poppers got changed to potato and was slightly cold upon arrival despite still being a little warm. Not happy at all avoid like the plague!

Very hit and miss, sometimes food arrives prompt and warm, other times it can arrive cold, you can be left waiting over 2 hours for delivery and fairly often they forget something or get your order wrong. Just today we have been waiting 2 hours with zero updates from the store. Probably better off ordering from Dominos down the road.

Walked in to make a purchase....staff were using some poor language between themselves and when I asked what was the £9.99 deal the staff member said 'what do you want?' as a 1st time shopper here I found this type of service very poor, so walked out and 20 metres walk into Dominoes Pizza and got a warm welcome from cheerful staff.

Absolutely disgusting behaviour from Papa Johns, placed an order before closing time, order was accepted, payment was taken -£45. But apparently they delivered the order. Tried calling the restaurant no answer, said they were closed. Maybe don?t accept orders so close to closing time and say you?ve delivered the order when you haven?t. -£45 gone because some people are too lazy to do their jobs.

Placed an order 13/08/2024 before closing time, order was accepted, payment taken, never delivered the order, yet they said they did. Tried contacting the restaurant but conveniently they had closed. -£45 was taken from me because your staff are too lazy to do their job. Maybe next time don?t accept orders close to closing time, take their money and don?t deliver.

Really wish you new the difference from a garlic and herb dip to your other nasty garlic dip that taste like gone of milk! Order 4 extra garlic and herb dip and then you sent me garlic special dip witch there is nothing special about that one! Take it of the shelves. Also the staff could do with some training on how to cut a pizza properly instead of tickling with a blunt pizza cutter!

Made to wait 2 hours for delivery on an order when ordering hour before close.Called store before closed and either lied to about it just being collected as they closed. Or apparently they take 2 hours to deliver and they deliver cold pizza.Terrible customer service as they send the issue back to the store to sort so good luck getting a refund. I'm still waiting to hear back from someone to be helpful.
