I have been shopping here for years, having bought hamsters from here back when it was known as Pampurred Pets but have never thought to writing a review until I started to visit with my Chihuahua puppy, who has been attending their Puppy Hour.Puppy Hour has been a wonderful experience for Severus and I think it has really helped his confidence with other dogs. The staff running the sessions are very aware of the needs of smaller dogs like mine and provide the option for the smaller pups to have their own space seperate from the larger and more boisterous pups whilst still allowing them to greet each other through the safety of the play pens.The staff in store are very knowledgeable and approachable and treat each customer and their pets as a welcome guest in store.

This store hold a fantastic, free puppy hour, which has been amazing. The staff are so helpful and friendly advising us on suitable treats etc. Plus it's a really well stocked shop. We will definitely be going back.
