Nando?s Trowbridge: Decent but Disappointing Portions
Nando?s Trowbridge was clean with good service, but the food didn?t quite hit the mark. The chicken was a bit dry, and the portion sizes felt noticeably smaller than expected.
As a big eater, I?ve always gone for the meal platter as a solid option, but this time, it seemed tiny?definitely not enough for two people with any real appetite. A bit disappointing considering the usual Nando?s experience.

Ordered 15 chicken wings flavoured lemon and garlic plus sides, We received chicken with NO lemon and garlic, Chicken was still nice and fell of the bone but it just tasted like grilled chicken. Sides were ok too.

Freezing cold ?. Felt like Aircon was on and it was freezing outside.
Felt like we were in a night club. Loud going out music, rather than relaxing ambience.
Cold food. We noticed 4 other tables sent their food back.
We we're a party of 6. We won't be returning.

I would like to say that I have always been very happy with Nandos Trowbridge but that changed last Friday I ordered on order for collection. I waited for my order calmly because there were delays. I collected my order and drove to Melksham where I live, on site it turned out that the order was incomplete, there was 10 chicken wings and chips missing. I called and the service asked for order number, apologized and promised a refund for the missing products. However, I did not receive any refund, it is a shame and a lack of respect for the customer.

Never again. The service was no existent. We had remind someone we?d ordered drinks. The food was cold. Not warm but cold and 3 wings that were missing came after we sent out food back but were raw in the middle and the waitress we asked about this dismissed us. NEVER AGAIN

Go to a different Nando's if I were you. So many staff stood around don't really know what they are doing the manager is about 12 they haven't got hardly any sides just a bad experience every time I go here.

Brilliant service and lovely food! Me and my mum (who has a bad nut allergy) came in yesterday and it was so lovely to see how cautious they were with preparing her food. Really lovely staff too!

Absolutely phenomenal service by the staff, specifically Kate ( the boss). She was really helpful in getting my and my friend a table, even at a busy time. Then, flustered by her exceptional service, I managed to mess up my order. Luckily, Kate helped me through this process just as my anxiety was flying off the chilli scale! Absolute god send that woman! X

It was a wait to get in , it can be really busy sometimes , I don't go to Nando often , so many choices around, but a few times per year I do pop in to have some yummy dinner ? this time tried new wrap ? , it was delicious, my friends did like them food too ? easy 5 from me

Just placed a take away order. 40 minutes later - within the delivery time, order arrives without main element of 2 starters - humous. No rainbow salad side either. . Apparently not the restaurants fault and we need to take it up with delivery company. Who packed the sealed bag the order was in with details of the order? Meal ruined for 2 out of 3. Thank you Nandos Trowbridge! Don?t think we will be using you again - so wrong in many ways!
