“After many phone calls to the Vodafone customer service to resolve an issue to no avail, I took the matter up with the manager at the Trowbridge store. The service was outstanding, listened to the issue, found why the issue occurred and resolved it within minutes. Dealt with an upgrade and gave some good advice for going forward. Was extremely helpful polite and friendly. Could not recommend highly enough. I will no longer deal with the poor over the phone customer service that Vodafone is currently delivering , I’ll simply take any future matters up in store. Excellent service”
