He dealt with some tricky situations and didn’t let anything phase him or dampen his mood. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience, thank you Rob for everything you did for us. “After many phone calls to the Vodafone customer service to resolve an issue to no avail, I took the matter up with the manager at the Trowbridge store. The service was outstanding, listened to the issue, found why the issue occurred and resolved it within minutes. Dealt with an upgrade and gave some good advice for going forward. Was extremely helpful polite and friendly. Could not recommend highly enough. I will no longer deal with the poor over the phone customer service that Vodafone is currently delivering , I’ll simply take any future matters up in store. Excellent service”

“Great place to buy and trade games in staff is amazing some can seem to be in mood which can put people off at time and to many manages maybe if they had a manager to say what need to be done or give staff a better understanding but overall it does for what i need in a shop that sells board games ect as for staff there is 2 great members and one who has no clue”
