I?m not one to ever write reviews however I am shocked at the incredibly rude service I received at the bakery counter today at around 3:30pm. The woman was stood on her phone when I politely said ?excuse me? to get her attention as I couldn?t see the bread I was after, a few mins went by and she was still on her phone. I said it again to which I was just blatantly ignored. It was so obvious she could hear and see me however she chose to ignore me and have her face in her phone at work. It was purely the fact I wasn?t even acknowledged, if she has just said ?Bare with me a few moments? I wouldn?t even be writing this review now. From someone that works in retail too, I wouldn?t treat a customer like that.

I love shopping here, staff are great, produce is of the highest quality. Quick, easy, stress free shopping without massive queues. Prices are reasonable based on the quality of the products. They also have budget friendly staples that match the big supermarkets.

Very rude female staff member-not interested in helping me find what I was looking for because she was busy flirting with a colleague. No product knowledge -then asked me to queue to ask someone else. I know it?s hard to find good staff in Trowbridge but this is simply unprofessional.

Good quality food at the prices you'd expect, I.e. on the expensive side. Large selection of various items that you'd expect to find at a 'normal' supermarket. Has its own bakery.

Nice size store with a good enough selection. Sadly, on this occasion, there were quite a few shelves that were out of stock.

Very expensive, not much choice. Positive roomy aisles but could maximize space for more products. Don't sell stamps at checkout. Slow checkout assistant & not rude but not inviting.

Went into the store on 2 separate occasions and found the staff I interacted with to be very rude and borderline racist. I would strongly recommend training. Such a let down to have such vile people representing your store.
