Never really had a problem at this branch. The staff are always helpful, courteous, and attentive. The only drawback is the queue to the cashier, if there's something that you can't do at the self service machine. Don't do it if you're in a bit of a rush save it for a time when you've got all the time in the world, as you've always got Fanny Adams who's not upto date with modern day technology and wants to do everything at the cashiers desk like were still in the 80s or 90s. LOL

Went to my branch of Lloyds today for a chat about my money situation I saw Gemma Drew, she talked me through my options in a language that I could understand, helped me through making some decisions that will change the way I do things. I wish more banks had Gemmas

Went to bank online it says shut at 4 went I got there 14.30 it was shut never reliable online it always tell u different

Been my bank for years but for the most part the service has been indifferent. I don't blame the staff - it's a very corporate company that mostly pretends to put customers first.
