Local service at internet prices!!! Knees was recommended to me by a friend and I?d have no hesitation doing the same. We dealt with Peter who was knowledgeable and always followed up quickly and delivered on any commitments.We bought all our kitchen appliances from Knees and it was handy being able to store them until our fitter was ready.

Went to knees for a gas cooker sales assistant who's name was chloe was absolutely brilliant .Really helpful nothing was to much trouble definitely knew alot about cookers different questions we asked answered them honestly thank you very much and yes we purchased our cooker 100 per cent coming back in future. Really good service from this long-established family business (1879 I think), based in Trowbridge, Wilts. I ordered a 4ft-high floor-lamp online, was slightly worried whether something delicate like this would get damaged in transit, but it arrived when promised, in perfect condition, with the best and sturdiest packaging I've ever seen in an online purchase. And it was £40 cheaper than the exact same lamp from another retailer!! Great service and price, would totally recommend, family business worthy of support!

Bought a Zanussi double oven and gas hob, after ordering was told waiting for stock to arrive from Zanussi. Whilst waiting for new kitchen to arrive stored the oven inside my home, still in wrapping ! when fitters arrived I was told I had ordered the wrong oven, so phoned Knees to arrange a swap for the correct oven I was going to purchase off them and would have paid any difference, however, they told me they would not accept the incorrect oven backm even though still in its packing, because I had it for over 16 days!!!, come on!!, now I am stuck with the original oven still in its packaging £560. what a helpful company hey. Be wary of purchasing from them

We bought a zanussi electric double oven at an amazing price. I must admit that I was somewhat sceptical given some of the negative reviews but have nothing but praise for them. From start to finish they kept me up to date on the status of my order. It arrived well packaged and I am really pleased with it. Thank you Knees Electrical.

Competitive price for an AEG fridge freezer. Prompt and polite reply to my emails and 'phone call. Delivered within the timeframe they first advised. The delivery company they used was efficient, helpful and on time. I recommend.

Ordered a Stellar steamer on 31st July 2023, I was promptly phoned to say it would be 2 weeks. That wasn't ideal, but not the end of the world. Three weeks after the order I rang, I was told it would arrive in 2 days and would postedout 24hr delivery. 6 days later, I found the product cheaper and requested a refund, fingers crossed. 23 days in all and had to go elsewhere.

Terrible customer service. Was told item in stock and imminent delivery, then chased 5 or 6 times and each time told the item was still with their supplier. Ended up cancelling and will go to a more reputable company who do not try and mislead customers.

Seriously bad customer service. Bought a dining table back in October 2021 had to call them all the time for updates until I finally got an "answer" 6 months later. Now due a refund.Poor service.

I have just had a kitchen supplied and fitted by Knees. The service from beginning to end has been exceptional. Communication has been excellent and nothing has been too much trouble for Richard and Ross. I am truly delighted and would have no hesitation in recommending them.
