“I’ve used most brands of paint but Mylands Marble Matt is incredible. The coverage is outstanding and it doesn’t show brush marks and is easy to use. They do a fantastic range of colours. Compared to Dulux & F&B, Little Greene etc it’s in a different league. Colours I’ve used so far are Cotton Street and Ludgate Circus. Brewers ordered the paints which came next day and they will ‘shake’ mix them for you which saves a lot of stirring.”
“Staff on duty need to become a bit more knowledgeable about product range they stock and sell. A “I don’t know” answer with a let me find out for you goes a long way.The store is always clean and well presented!”

“Went in to buy solvent remover, self-taping screws, duck tape and white mastic. I had to ask for assistance as I was unable to locate some of the items, The staff were very helpful and I was able to purchase all I came for. I use Wikes a lot as it's nearby. However, it is more expensive than other hardware retailers.”

“I am so very grateful to your employees Rhianne & Johnny. They were so incredibly helpful to me. I had unfortunately changed my phone plan instead of increasing my allowance. It was my Mum's funeral the day after and I no longer had a signal. . Rhianne listened to me and then directed me to Johnny. He changed my SIM and wow I had a phone that worked again. I am so very grateful to the two of them as I needed people to be able to phone me as I was organising my Mum's funeral. Thank you so much to 2 wonderful people and wonderful Customer Service. “Very quiet. Order to collect at supermarket as you need to park in roof, pay for hour at bottom of stairs with car reg , just to collect. Does not give change either. Staff okay but not quick”

“Couldn't have asked for any better service staff very good and nice cup of coffee made for me, the mattress I had bought was to firm for me and gave me a bad back, I returned to store and a very nice man didn't get he's name, it was a Saturday morning, anyway he was very good and recommended other mattresses to try out. They exchanged with nohassle and deliveraey was excellent.”
