Rude member of staff, very rude when she told me to stop smelling the scented bath products, why sell scented products if customers are not allowed to smell them?\\nIf I go to a clothes shop I get to try on the products before I choose to buy them, isn't this the same principle? I left without buying anything and won't be back

Very unfriendly staff. There were two of them, both extremely rude, no effort whatsoever to help me or any interest in what I was looking for. Go just if you can't avoid it.

If it isn't in stock (which is highly likely) no help will be given other than "Google it" - and they wonder why the high street is dying... people might want to look up the definition of "customer service"

Lovely staff. Popped in the other day for some things, which they didnt have. One of the staff members helped me order it through click and collect online and it was in store the following day.

Great little Health food shop :) staff are usually very helpful and friendly. Shame they don't have a bigger selection of organic food, however they do have some!
