Ordered a roof box and bar combo on advice from their experts. Came back after the fitting appointment to see the bars half installed and no box. Turns out the box wouldn?t fit the bars - not sure why I have to be £300+ down and half an installed through to find out they won?t fit. Main problem was the staff around the fit - didn?t bother to call to explain there was a problem, so we waited out the entire appointment slot. Honestly went to Halfords because I thought it?d be straightforward to get the right stuff fitted - never again!

I took my mountain bike in for repair at 4.00pm as I paid for this appointment.but I was told no one was available and every one who works on the bike had gone home.this service was absolutely shocking! And will never use these again

Had an issue initially with my on line order in which they debited my account but the order didn't process properly. Customer services sorted this out promptly with a refund and I reordered without any issues. Item arrived earlier than expected and the store contacted me to let me know. Overall good customer service and product.

I used Trowbridge branch for my sons new bike.
Went over viewed had great advice on what i would say the who what where when...
Picked the bike and payed.
Had to collect a few days later.
They did have a delay on the day ( some days just go wrong).... but they explained everything and I collected the bike.
How easy is that.
Great staff, great price and one happy son with a new bike.

We all dread a warning light on the dashboard, don't we! Luckily, a friend helped me find it was a rear brake light.
Then. Luck was shining on me again when Jameson (Halfords Trowbridge) was on shift. He sorted it all out for me. No fuss, no bother, just did the job efficiently, and well. Thank-you.

Went three times to purchase and install a sidelight for the car. The first time they said yes we can do that now for you then asked make of car then said oh we are busy you will have to wait at least thirty to forty minutes, so I left. Went back same thing. Third time they said they wouldn?t do it because it takes too long. Strange because it took about ten minutes the last time. Why offer a service if you can?t provide it. Give consistent information, it?s not difficult. I won?t be using Halfords for anything again.
