My daughter had her ears pierced in the Trowbridge h Samuel?s today by Emma, she was very nervous and a bit scared and Emma was brilliant but honest took time to explain and show my daughter everything that would happen before she did anything, a perfect end result she smiled all the way through and the after care instructions were thorough, would highly recommend to others, a bravery certificate really completed the experience for my daughter, a nice extra touch

We came in for my son to have his ear pierced on Sunday, our assistant was Emma, she was lovely, patient, informative and a perfectionist. Reggie had a little tear as he was a bit nervous, Emma didn?t rush us and made him feel much better. She took the time to have a conversation with him and made him a very happy boy. We will be back when we can change the stud. Thank you Emma.

Emma served us today. My daughter was having her ears pierced after healing over 4 years ago after a bad experience with another place. She has autism and adhd. Emma made her reel really comfortable and safe. She was amazing. Then Emma pierced my seconds for me after my daughter convinced me to do it. Emma was excellent through out. We will definitely return for my daughter's seconds to be done. Emma's colleague was also lovely and really helpful. Top class customer service.

First earpiercing since a shop messed my first ones up. I had them done at the one in the shires and Beth was an absolute delight, she talked me through it and made sure I was as comfortable as possible during the process.
