We dealt initially with Brian Marsh and then Penny Sweeney. They made everything seem so easy yet it was all done in a very professional and timely manner.
The sales literature was also proof of this professionalism with a sale in under 48 hours. If there was space we would give more than 5.

We sold our house back in March and had a lovely experience with Penny & Brian. They worked together so well with our solicitor to make sure our buyers managed to get in before the stamp duty change (unfortunately our onward purchase fell through last minute but we didn?t want our buyers to lose out!).
