?????????? Exceptional Service from Warren at EE Trowbridge!
I recently visited the EE Mobile phone shop at The Shires Mall, Unit 11 in Trowbridge, and I was absolutely blown away by the outstanding service I received. In particular, I want to give a massive shout-out to a shop assistant named Warren.
From the moment I walked in, Warren was incredibly welcoming and approachable. He took the time to truly understand my queries and patiently guided me through all my options. His product knowledge was exceptional, and he explained everything clearly and concisely, ensuring I felt confident in my decisions.
What truly set Warren apart was his proactive problem-solving skills. He went above and beyond to find the best solutions for my needs, demonstrating a genuine commitment to ensuring my complete satisfaction. His professional manner and excellent communication skills made the entire experience a pleasure.
Warren is a fantastic brand ambassador for EE. He is enthusiastic, helpful, and genuinely cares about the customer experience. He is also clearly attentive to detail and demonstrated excellent listening skills, making me feel valued as a customer. Furthermore, his positive attitude was infectious and left me feeling very happy with the outcome of my visit.
Having visited several EE stores in the past, I can honestly say that the level of service I received at the Trowbridge location, specifically from Warren, has solidified my loyalty to EE. If EE rewards their staff with bonuses, then Warren is undoubtedly someone who deserves a significant one for his exceptional customer service, his ability to build customer rapport, and his overall contribution to creating a positive and lasting impression.
I highly recommend visiting the EE store at The Shires Mall in Trowbridge, and if you do, I strongly suggest seeking out Warren ? you won't be disappointed!

I know for a fact that I am a difficult customer when it comes to sales and I understand that sales people are supposed to up sell and cross sell to meet targets. But I want to point out the exceptional ability by a member of staff in store that helped me with upgrading my contract on Friday afternoon. Warren I believe was his name but I could be wrong but I have to say how instantly he was able to identify what type of customer I was, exactly what he could offer me at the best price and didn't waste any of my time at all. It is not often that companies give reward to these types of employees unless they are hitting sales targets and KPI's but almost instantly he knew that I wanted to come in for what I need and go. He was exceptionally friendly, exceptionally respectful, and hands down probably the smartest and most efficient customer service approaches that I have ever had in my life. I would recommend this person to be working within training new employees how to provide a good sales experience by offering add ons and extras without feeling like anything is being sold to me.

Jazz at EE in Trowbridge is so helpful. I took my elderly grandmother in to see if she could save money on her current Wi-Fi and landline tariff with BT. Excellent customer service throughout - Jazz was cheerful, patient and explained everything clearly. My Grandmother left with a saving of over £30 per month. Over the moon and highly recommend!

I have a contract with EE and have had for the last 11 years. So I thought I would go into the shop to see if they would help with a new screen protector. 2 very young staff sat playing on their phones, I must of interrupted their social media because they very unhelpful and was as much use as a chocolate teapot, I can't think of anything else that would be as useless! So looking at my phone they said oh no unless I have one with me to put on it they were not going to touch it. You need to employ staff that know what they are doing or at least try and be helpful. I thought being a shop that deals with phones you should be able to fit a new screen protector. But I guess they only interested if you are buying new. Rubbish!!!! Customer service PANTS!!!!! Don't bother entering!!!

Yaz was great. Came in with my partner as my phone wasn?t working on either 4G or WiFi. She helped me send off my iPhone 12 which had a software issue. Friendly, funny, great chat and personality. Thanks again yaz, you definitely deserve some recognition!
