A very welcoming store.
I was acknowledged as soon as walked in and told if i needed help to just ask.
Staff could not have done more to help and found me the right mattress for my needs.
They were amazing. I wish all stores were as helpful . Like a breath of fresh air.

My partner and I went to the dreams in Trowbridge just to have a browse really, we were helped by a really lovely woman called Lindsay, she talked us through some options and the differences and we tried the sleep match machine and tested a couple of options, we ended up finding the perfect mattress and pillows for us, she made sure to talk us through protection cover and delivery options, we weren?t expecting to buy a new mattress when we went in but we couldn?t leave it behind! Overall a very lovely experience and excellent customer service, would give more stars if I could! :)

Wonderful experience - Lea(?) gave a very good rundown of what I could perhaps do in my kitchen showing me samples and organized an apt for Interior Designer Lorraine to come and visit my flat. A very professional but friendly approach. Fab!!!

Warm welcome & Exceptional service from the moment I walked into store. I dealt with James the manager. He listened to all my issues I have in relation to health and then what that meant in terms of my requirements. He suggested doing a sleep match, could?ve literally stayed on that bed all day !! and then from there he was so patient with me, whilst selecting best mattress and suitable pillow. Honestly couldn?t have done more for me and made a fab cuppa tea. Even his female colleague who wasn?t directly serving me, was so lovely too. Felt no pressure whatsoever in terms of purchasing etc. I Have purchased the particular Tempur mattress which is sold by Dreams only, got a good price too . So looking forward to its arrival after years of uncomfortable sleep and wasting money on unsuitable mattresses. Thanks James for your kindness, understanding and of course tea!

We had a fantastic experience at Dreams thanks to Lindsay! From the moment we walked in, she was incredibly warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. She took the time to understand what we were looking for, answered all our questions with patience, and guided us through the options without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. Her knowledge and professionalism really stood out, and she made the whole process of choosing our bed feel easy and enjoyable. We?re so happy with our purchase and can?t thank Lindsay enough for her help!

We popped in yesterday to get an idea of what options there are for a new mattress. Meg greeted us straight away and couldn't have been more helpful. We had our 3 year old with us and Meg was so good with her, even getting her a glass of milk when my husband had a cup of tea. We ended up buying a new bed for our daughter and new mattress for ourselves. Thank you for all the help and advice, we really appreciated it.
