I think companies like this place need to rethink its policy of getting rid of cash payments. That's the only reason I gave it a 4*. Everything else was fine, but when paying for the food, I wouldn't go there again unless they reverse the decision to scrap cash payments. "Cash is King".

Absolutely terrible service the assistant manager is rude and thought it was funny my food was raw, pizza was soggy on the bottom and have been refused a refund luckily my children didn't eat the chicken, would highly advise against this place, awful quality food and the service is even worse!

Food good but a little confused as to why I can't get delivery in my area especially when papa johns, who is literally next door offer delivery, guess I will have to use them ?????

Everything ordered always arrives cold even though i live minutes from the store, have also given me and my family food poisoning many times, extremely disappointing considering the high price point. But in spite of this the service is incredible and the workers are always kind and helpful, especially the delivery drivers!

I would say it okay but a bit of miss on the whole Seems like they are on a constant cost cutting exercise often skimp on the tomato sauce which lets the be side down :(

Collection okay, but require training on getting the deliveries correct and customer service has been poor in my experience. I wish it was only an isolated incident but Dominos Trowbridge haven?t quite got the balance right! Staff aren?t helpful and at times plain rude. Head Office needs to intervene and place their staff on how to deal with complaints and be more customer friendly. I love a Dominos pizza, but I now avoid going to my local Trowbridge store.

Staff didn't tell us when pizza was ready, even when we were there waiting. We eventually asked and we're given a cold, barely covered pizza. Run by kids and no thought about the customers

Genuinely only pizza place I will go to in Trowbridge. Most of delivery staff polite and friendly and officiant.And where I work and have it delivered staff buy only dominos as well.

Yeah not bad! It's a good source of protein which you need after lifting weights. I do the old click and collect as it's half price (£12) for a big pizza. I would feel like I would be over paying if I paid £24 plus delivery. Sorry guys, I'm just not willing to pay that.
