“As to be expected from a small local Tesco, the range in here is always fantastic for a store of its size. The staff are always friendly and happy to help, and it's a go-to stop before any day out for me. The meal deal selection in this particular branch seems to always be better, thanks to its slightly more remote location in comparison to the other express stores in the town, making it a good place to go out of the way and get the meal deal combination you actually want rather than needing to settle for the scraps left behind by college students on Frome Road, or the post-4pm Sunday rush mess at the one nearer to the Extra store.”

“Great store , but toilets in cafe are truly disgusting . I went in the baby change facilities based in the cafe area and felt sick when I sore and smelt the overflowing nappy bin. Mentioned to the staff who said it wasn’t their job , I’m sure it is a cleaners job , probably a contractor , but honestly , if I was in charge of the cafe there I would have fine in with a face mask , rubber gloves and a bin liner and emptied that disgusting g bin fir the sake of Tesco customers , particularly as we’re still in technically in COVID . Shame on you Tesco Cafe Manager !! Won’t eat in there again . They were like it last week too !”

“Had a great experience here with the staff who were helpful when I got lost driving after my phone died. Especially the one (sorry didn’t get name) that went above and beyond to print out google maps so that I could get back safely! Excellent customer service.My only slight criticism is they could stock more Apple charging cables.”

“Regarding attitude, I shop here often and do most my post errands and most of the time staff are friendly and even very helpful. Yes, sometimes they are more stressed and sometimes there are difficulties with the postal handling, but with some help from other staff everything gets resolved.Possibly the store could be better stocked, but I'm happy the store and post services are so conveniently available close to home, thus saving us car trips. Good for us, good for the environment.”
