“We stayed in Pontins this week and there was a group from mencap, trowbridge. The staff were amazing with each service user, interacting and incorriaging dancing and freedom to each individual. Really glad we were staying near by. And admire each worker for the enthusiasm and how well they helped all members to have a brilliant holiday. I am also a support worker for a different company and believe the work they all did was fantastic.”

“I visited for the first time a week ago. I hadn’t even realised it was there. What a hidden gem! The staff are all exceptionally polite and helpful. The stock is varied and they have a better range of plants than most centres. Their prices are also incredibly good. The food on the cafe was wonderful and again the staff were so helpful. I will be coming here again. I would thoroughly recommend this hidden gem!”
