Frankly, looking a little in need of refurb, due no doubt to its unquestionable popularity, this coffee one is still a useful pit stop for refreshments if you're in Trowbridge. Service has always been great, with a very friendly welcome.

Dietary restrictions: Another coffee shop that thinks the only food a coeliac needs to eat are crisps for lunch. The hot chocolate was lovely but sadly we won't be back. The three star review was for the drinks and comfort to sit and drink them!$-

Went in today for a green tea to be told they had no clean tea pots so would I mind a tea bag? The whole reason I go to Coffee #1 is for the real green tea leaves so unfortunately I left. The girl was very apologetic, I guess they'd been very busy, good for them, bad for me ?

Always a welcome smile from the super friendly staff. Love the relaxed vibe and use of recycled furniture. Lush smooth coffee and smoothies are delicious. Highly recommended.

Lovely atmosphere, very laid back. Really nice helpful staff, good prices, dog friendly and overlooks old town hall and entrance to park.
Wheelchair accessibility: No steps and wide spacing between everything.

2024 update
Coffee is still good and sandwich choice is wide if slightly unusual. The atmosphere is still there, but in the words of our American Brethren it needs a glow up. The place is starting to look a little shabby and there is a ton of spiders on windows and insects flying around. Sofa?s are cracked and chairs wobble. And table and food service is left wanting. Isn?t it standard to ask someone if they want a serviette or a sauce to go with you sandwich.

Absolutely fantastic place. Met a friend for a drink and catch up. Good prices. Plenty of seating. I parked in Asda car park but there is also Sainsbury?s free car park for 2 hours. Little walk from car park to coffee shop. Friendly staff. Toilets available. Plenty of drinks and snacks to choose from.
