I came into store today to enquire about purchasing a carpet for my house. After looking around the showroom, I approached the counter.
When I approached the counter, I noticed a gentleman stood there, however, the sales assistant was not speaking to him. I then said hello to the sales assistant. She turned and glared at me, looked me up and down, and then said, ?I?m with a customer? and turned away. She was rude, unpleasant and unprofessional. Due to the poor customer service, I will not be making a purchase with Tapi.

I needed a carpet for my sitting room. The service in the shop was great and the carpet could be fitted in as little as 4 days. The carpet fitter was excellent and really good at his job.cannot fault them. Will be using again.

After a really stressful 3rd house move.
I went to tapi carpets and flooring, with measurements taken in a rush by someone else.
I needed 3 bedroom carpets fitted ASAP on a tight budget.
The gentleman in the store was brilliant, understanding, and knowledgeable.
He made the whole process quick and simple and managed to get my carpets fitted the following morning.
The measurements of one of the carpets was a metre short the fitter and the gentleman sorted it all out for me at no extra charge.
I can't rate them any higher.
Thank.you so much guys for making a stressful time so easy.
I will be back for my living room flooring.
