Doesn't matter which store you call (I tired Bath and Trowbridge) no one ever answers their phone.Which is a shame, because I've always found them useful and helpful - You just have to go in face to face.

Very good paint shop and other DIY products. Helpful staff. Only 2 tills and staff allow traders to keep purchasing when they have already started scanning their items, causing long queues

Very disappointed with product refund policy (1 x 9" Albany roller left large quantities of lint on a ceiling) The staff are helpful, but couldn't offer a refund unless the used / paint saturated roller was brought back.It would have been cheaper and easier to use a non trade store with a refund policy based on trust.(A win win for Brewers selling a defective product as I've had to buy more of their brand paint to tidy up the job)If Brewers won't believe customers, why should customers believe in Brewers?Top tip: always return defective products directly to Brewers or they won't believe you
