I visited Boots in Trowbridge today. The staff, as always, were very helpful and friendly. I felt so sorry for them as it was so very, very hot in the store. It only took me a few minutes to become overwhelmed with the heat myself. This is not a new occurrence as my sister was overwhelmed with the heat and nearly collapsed over a year ago. I would have given 4 stars but as a result of no air - conditioning I have given 3 stars.

The top need to sort 5he air-conditioning.

I checked the website before I arrived to check that it was open, it said it was open, but I was turned away.

Nice store and shop staff friendly. Pharmacy staff not so helpful. Thing is the temperature....absolutely boiling.so uncomfortably hot that it made me feel quite ill. Poor staff must be melting. The big fans dotted around are just pushing hot air. Could not wait to get out of there.

Went in 1st thing this morning, was told that the A/C had broken down as I was picking up a prescription, The store was boiling and feel so sorry for the staff working there in this heat aswell.
I was served with no issues and as I sat down to sort my bag out the kind store assistant turned there mobile A/C unit towards me and cooled me off and was offered a drink aswell, I was in my bike gear so was already extremely warm so to walk into the store with no A/C was very uncomfortable.
I can't thank the staff enough for their kindness this morning. My only hope is there A/C is fixed properly and swiftly as they have gone above and beyond this morning.

The guy serving me was very nice. The actual store doesn't stay open until 2100, you have to ring the bell. There's no sign for this, a lady at tesco told me.
There's also no privacy when ordering. I only wanted some cold medication, but ordering something private would be very exposing.

Utterly hopeless. There is no point displaying that you offer a night pharmacy service if you don't respond either to ringing the buzzer or trying to telephone. I guess you're probably there, but just choose to take the pay and sleep! This is not a one off. It has happened to me repeatedly. If you're not going to provide the service, at least let us know. A note on the window would be a fairly simple and basic way to do it, but to display opening hours as you do in the picture and not serving us is like sticking two fingers up at us all.
It's just not good enough and incredibly frustrating for those of us that rely on you,

My tablets aren't always available in pharmacies, or available to order in.
This pharmacist spotted availability and ordered them before I had even requested my prescription. Now I know I will be able to collect them with no wasted journeys.

Got most things you need good beauty section, has clothes good selection of medicines. Has some sandwiches and drinks. The chemist is a bit slow though

This pharmacy takes incompetence to a whole new level. They?ve withheld my husband?s medication now for days, and every time he visits he gets told a different story. They don?t answer the phone and they?re unhelpful in store. Only given one star because I couldn?t give 0 stars. Dreadful.

recently I've been worrying about some health issues and called 111, they asked me some questions and gave me the phone number for my local boots pharmacy (this one). When I called an hour before supposed closing time, a minute and a half of waiting and then hung up. Tried again, sounded like they picked up the phone after a few mins of ringing, and then hung up again. Disgraceful.

Straight forward ask for the item and the lady whent and got it. Shop was closed and served through the outside hatch. Not much of a wait .
