This pharmacy takes incompetence to a whole new level. They?ve withheld my husband?s medication now for days, and every time he visits he gets told a different story. They don?t answer the phone and they?re unhelpful in store. Only given one star because I couldn?t give 0 stars. Dreadful.

recently I've been worrying about some health issues and called 111, they asked me some questions and gave me the phone number for my local boots pharmacy (this one). When I called an hour before supposed closing time, a minute and a half of waiting and then hung up. Tried again, sounded like they picked up the phone after a few mins of ringing, and then hung up again. Disgraceful.

Straight forward ask for the item and the lady whent and got it. Shop was closed and served through the outside hatch. Not much of a wait .

Don?t answer the phone been calling the pharmacy since 7 oclock last night to pick up perscription and no answer. Still no answer this morning when need perscription urgently. Do not recommend.

Popped in here to pick up some items for a birthday gift. It's a large store but some items I was after were out of stock. There was also some mislabeling of an item that wasn't actually on offer. Staff were friendly and the layout was good. Location is a little off main shopping area but I take a shortcut through Asda carpark.

One of the best boots I have visited. Friendly staff and medication collection so easy. Seated area to wait and waiting time less than 5 mins, if there are other customers there. Free makeovers available or just watch.

I became I?ll last eveningPhoned 111 who, after an in depth telephone consultation, advised me the best course of action was to go to the late night pharmacy at Boots, Trowbridge which was open till midnight.Got there at around 10 past 11. No one there. Followed the instructions on the notice, tried the call button for 20 minutes and knocking on the window,all with no success.Gave up in the end and went home.Went back the next morning when the pharmacy opened at 8.30 only to be told that the medication I needed was out of stock, had been out of stock for some considerable time and there was no information on when it would be available. Probably best to try another chemist. Raised my concern about the pharmacy being unmanned the night before with the manager who said there would have been someone there but she would look into it and email me the outcome.Heard nothingWow! Not very impressed, maybe I expected too much, haven?t had to do this before. Went to a different pharmacy company in the next town at which, to be fair, they confirmed there was a supply problem with that particular medication nationally. However they did take the time to ask if I was suffering any pain or discomfort and were able to offer medication in the meantime which was a great help with that side of the illness.
