Unhelpful staff, tried returning a product that I bought from another store, now I didn't have receipt but I did have online proof of purchase, as it was close to closing the staff said to come back another day (even though all services should be available when open) so I come back another day (I don't live in Trowbridge so not just down the road) and I ask for the same thing, the staff first take ages deciding who should work a till, causing a backlog. Then eventually I'm told I can't return the product as it can only be returned to the original store in Chippenham. Now this wouldn't be a problem except I've now driven a good amount of miles because I was told different return policies. B&M should sort the stories out and also have a better attitude, because most people wouldn't talk with an attitude just because there's a customer confusion

It's a big B&M, but surprisingly it's appears to have limited stock, especially compared to smaller stores like Chippenham, for example, there is next to no furniture in Trowbridge, but loads in Chippenham.
The layout isn't great, as it feels a little all over the place

Well stocked. Have an outside area for plants, gravel, slabs etc however whilst looking around there my foot got tangled in the wrapping strap from an opened half empty container left unattended I tripped a few times as it got tangled around my foot/leg and if it wasn't for the fact I was pushing a trolley that I clung onto I would have gone flying hence 2 stars
