Nobody on the tills to serve me - member of staff told me it was because they all finished their shifts at the same time.
Could not buy my electric for my EE key due to nobody on the kiosk either.
Very poor management skills as I was told I could not be served due to short staff.
Food was out of date on shelves until I complained about this, then staff were hurrying around

I come here regularly everyday infact and I have never had a staff member be so rude to me and my partner I forgot to pay for a bag once right keep in mind I?m pregnant and I have my daughter with me so it?s stressful and a rude security guard lady with black tied up hair comes up asked if we paid for it and I said oh no sorry I forgot I?ll pay for it now proceeded to demand for the bag back and I had to tell her again no I?ll pay for it now when paid we said sorry after and explained we forgot she said sure in a really horrible way maybe get your staff to learn how to be more understanding

For a few weeks now I have struggled to find a large metal trolley which I need to do a family shop as well as shopping for my mum, twice now I have bought less as I can't put everything I want in the smaller plastic trolley's and then have to ask a member of staff to help with taking my shopping to my car, using a second trolley. I asked why there is a lack of large trolleys and was told Asda can't get hold of any more...so how come Tesco Sainsbury's and Aldi can???

I want to thank the lady with the red hair working at Customer Services tonight, she deserves recognition for working under pressure on her own with a long queue. She dealt with my matter very calmly and with great customer service considering!

I was confused with the clerk. I went in and bought 2 beers. She said she needed an ID. And I gave it to her. But she said she needed a passport. So what's the ID for? Ridiculous.

Let down twice in a month with no-show deliveries. No communication, no apologies, nothing. Absolutely appalling service.
When my shopping had been delivered, it had many many substitutions or cancelled items which when I went into store were there or very similar alternatives if cancelled. The staff picking my order just obviously couldn?t be bothered to look!
I was always a loyal Asda shopper but this is a serious let down and very disappointing.
I would also like to add that the so called ?manager? of this store is an absolute disgrace to retail. I have never encountered a member of retail staff who has had such appalling ?customer service? if you can call it that. She needs replacing ASAP! Absolutely vile!

Sadly you need to give at least one star in order to leave a review, based on today it is one star too many. I've just spoken to Carlos asking why my order was not delivered, which was apparently due to driver shortage - fair enough these things happen, but when I asked why I was not informed all he could say was that it was on 'his to do list' When? Next week? If you are falling short of providing decent customer service then at least try to claw back what you can in the eyes of your customer by calling the customers affected in a timely manner. Even with a £5 credit and a delivery pass I really don't want to have to order from this store again, due to Carlos attitude.
