Always very polite and efficient. I rely on all of the staff and cannot fault them. They have a tremendously hard job to do, and they all do it with care and sensitivity. I take my hat off to amazing job they do day in day out for us.

I like the phone automated prescription order service and generally they are good to get in contact with and traige system seems to work well.The clinical team are always running late which is a bit disappointing really. I waited over 30 mins for my last appointment with no update on what was going on or how much longer the clinican would be.I think they should have a very clear/obvious annoynmous "comments, suggestions and complaints" box in the waiting area, so I didnt have to write this on here:Today I witnessed one of the reception staff in Tidworth (not naming names), actually both ladies, but one more than the other... being very unnecessarily rude and abrupt to an elderly, foregin man.It was definitely not called for, there was no need. Instead of being so condescending when there was clearly a language barrier, they should have been more caring and understanding.Kindness doesn't cost a thing, especially in this line of work, which I have worked in before.I think the reception staff should be spoken to about their abrupt attitude as it is no good in a customer/patient related job.Not nice to witness. Not very diverse or inclusive! Maybe staff should have some refresher training on this.Would be interesting to see what feedback the team would get if there was a suggestions box in the waiting room.

How dare a health care provider humiliate someone disabled who cannot physically wear a mask without massive anxiety attack for not wearing a mask when the guidelines state wear a mask where possible. You sign on the door says please wear a mask NOT you must wear a face mask. Only rated one star as couldn't leave 0, almost wasted a valuable NHS appointment due to the anxiety caused by this incident, ironically I was there for an appointment about my mental health.

Fantastic Doctors Practice. Very accomodating for emergency appointments, and in my experience have always taken the time to listen and strive to provide best solution.

Compared to London where I used to live The Castle Practice is amazing. I have a long term condition and am able to see the same GP (holidays etc allowing) which helps a lot. I also have had to use the Triage system for myself and my father and was able to see a Dr that day, all be it there being a short wait. Repeat prescriptions are easy and if I have any questions I find reception friendly and willing to find out info needed. I did have a very bad experience in London but this country practice is a dream in comparison to what I am used too - why 5 stars. Fingers crossed the good service continues.

I?m here since a year and the GP is trying there best to keep the patients healthy again. I have long term health conditions problems and I feel very supported by all of the doctors. Sure this is difficult time while COVID-19. So stay patient and mostly stay safe and kind.

Been trying to get a doctors appointment for 3 weeks now for suspected kidney failure, yet nobody?s answered when I?ve phoned up. Doesn?t even deserve the 1 star due to the fact the receptionist can?t ever answer

2nd time I?ve been put on the triage list and they have taken me off cause they can?t get hold of me! When I?ve been sat next to my phone in agony waiting for their call. Went into the reception area to be told sorry we will put you on this afternoons so I?ve refused to leave now as I don?t believe they will actually call me!

Receptionist are lovely,but the Dentist is rude,arrogant and inconsiderate.Had an appointment with my 7 and 2year old and he had the nerve to tell me to organise childcare next time and it was half term.Very rough with you procedure.Not with kids as well.KEEP OFF!!!!!!
