“after deciding it was time to start going to a different pharmacy, due to my usual pharmacy being unreliable, disorganised and rude..I was pleasantly suprised by "P.W & J.A Pharmacy".I was welcomed as I came in and seen to pretty much straight away, in and out within no more than 10 minuets.I will be coming here in future.”

“Staff are friendly and helpful and making the best of difficult working conditions in the time of a pandemic.There has been noticeable delay in service at the the times when they fulfill prescriptions for those delivering to the vulnerable: I started queuing at 4pm once in a place that took a 20min wait previously but at that time had to leave after a 45min wait to attend another appointment. It may be more sensible to close the pharmacy at those times or extend lunch closing to fulfill those order to avoid frustrating other customers with a long wait.”
