Always has been a lovely little post office, clean and tidy the lady and gentleman that run the post office are very helpful and polite and professional, it's a nice to drop in and have a chat whilst my parcels/ letters are being processed. Easy 5stars for me ???.

Is this post office actually open on a Saturday? It seems every time myself or my husband try to use it within the opening hours, it's never actually open. I came at 1240 yesterday and the door was locked. Given this post office is only open during the hours others are also working, many rely on the Saturday service.

Terrible service, truly bad. Couldn?t be bothered to put the phone down to talk to me, not hang up (I don?t care about that) but wouldn?t even put it down to look for my parcel.Asked the lady to look for 2 parcels and was only given 1 after I had to point out which was mine. Asked again to check for the second parcel and was told that she had checked and they didn?t have it.Not calling anyone a liar but I stood and watched her not be able to locate the first parcel without my help so I?m not sure the check was thorough.I won?t be using this shop again if I can help it?I look forward to the reply ?.
