I visited Willowbrook View Care Home and found the surroundings to be a beautiful combination of luxury and homely comfort. A musical session with a live viola player was taking place in the cafe which was being enjoyed by residents. The staff were all warm and friendly and the general atmosphere was lovely.

Moving my dad into a care home was one of the hardest decisions we?ve ever had to make, but Willowbrook View in Wichelstowe Swindon, has been incredible. The home itself is beautiful and feels more like a five star hotel, but what really makes it special is the people. Christopher, the manager, has gone above and beyond to reassure us and make sure my dad is cared for with kindness, dignity and respect. Knowing he is in such safe and compassionate hands has lifted such a huge weight from our shoulders. We cannot recommend Willowbrook View and Christopher highly enough.

Launch day - wow wow wow! What a place. I have never seen a care home like it. Such luxury. The decor is outstanding, carpeted everywhere, individual rooms huge with a private balcony. Customer Relations Manager Chris is a gem, so helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing is too much trouble - just ask and he knows or will find out. He is working hard to forge links with the wider community and establish WillowBrook View as a welcoming, joyful place. If it was going to be the place I spent my later years in life I would be very happy. Fab activities, great food and a free bar. Amazing!

I always very much look forward to my visits to Willowbrook View Care Home to entertain the residents (and hopefully the staff) performing Rock ?n? Roll, Pop and Country music from the 50s and 60s. It is a beautiful, 5 star, modern home with an aura of calm and tranquility which I?m sure is appreciated by the residents. All the staff I have met are warm, welcoming and very professional.

Willowbrook View is a recently built care home in Wichelstowe, Swindon.
We went there as a training away day and got to experience the new home first hand.
I was blown away by just how the environment is all laid out and by the professionals who work there. Manager Chris was particularly a delight and a wonderful person to have met. The residents are well cared for and the living quarters and communal spaces are tremendous. Thank you for hosting us and we wish you all the best.

Visited Willowbrook yesterday, what a wonderful place. All the staff were very welcoming. The rooms are very spacious and the communal areas very pleasant to sit in. The facilities on site are the best I have seen, hair salon, barbers, spa, cinema room and also some lovely outdoor seating areas. Would highly recommend this care home.

Attended with my wife and our dog the Classic Car Show at the Care Home and had a brilliant afternoon. There were a good number of cars and ,unexpectedly, food and drink was provided. The staff on duty were exceptional and nothing was too much trouble and the home itself looked just as good.
Added to that there was a very good singing group to entertain us. Thank you for again for a great time.

I attend Willowbrook View as an exercise provider - Adaptive Fitness, I love attending the beautiful home and their wonderful residents. The staff are so helpful too and always so welcoming, lovely environment and I look forward to my weekly visits to you.

Willowbrook View is providing a first-class service for my father. The room is lovely with a large en-suite bathroom, a comfy bed, TV and we have been encouraged to personalise it so he now has a bookcase in there. The staff are kind, professional and always happy to help. There are activities every day, including gentle exercise, and a lovely patio and lounge for residents to socialise in. The bistro is the hub for residents and visitors and a lovely place to sit with tea and biscuits always offered. It is a very luxurious, well-kept care home and we are pleased we chose it after researching others.

A wonderful show around this care facility by Chris-his caring and personal approach toward my mothers needs was just what we were looking for. We were very impressed by the care home and met several happy residents as they enjoyed an activity in the gardens. Top of our list!

Chris was exceptionally kind and patient and clearly has a passion for the home, so thank you again. The home is beautifully set out, had very happy and well presented residents and the food looked delicious.

Had a great visit to Willowbrook View last week for work. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by the lovely team and was looked after by the hospitality team very well for the day. Very clean and great atmosphere, as a new Care home with lots of events on, it is worth a visit!

Amazing!! Recently opened care home in Witchelstowe, which is beautifully decorated throughout, on parr wIth a 5 star hotel! Wonderful outside space and the staff are friendly and welcoming.
