August 2025 update: feels rundown - doors not working, few customers, and staff nowhere to be seen. I came today to pick up a Click-and-Collect order - I thought it was supposed to save time, but I had to ring the bell 3 times and wait before anyone appeared. Poor customer service.

Wanted decorative pebbles for my garden in bulk bag so ordered what i thought was pebbles when delivered they were small white /purple stones the description was 10mm pea shingle but photo was pebbles and was told buy staff woman at store they were pebbles so purchased 3 jumbo bags £210 + £35 for delivery when guy delivered he said that swindon store don't do the pebbles in bulk bags so be very careful about ordering from wickes decorative gravel you mite not get what you ordered

Wickes have permanently made their toilets staff only . The manager there doesn?t have the ability to manage them . Go to B and Q. Customers more appreciated I.e. washroom facilities .

Be careful with the aftercare. Had a bathroom install 18 months ago and included bathroom cabinet with built in desteamer to try combat the condensation also (fan don't do much also new) said cabinet under a 5 year warranty electrics went wouldnt turn on light or desteamer. Customer service would not accept it is faulty but wouldn't proceed without video evidence. To show what' it doesn't turn on! God help elderly or people without a smart phone/ tech capabilities. Numerous emails & requests later they agree to replace the cabinet but will not fit it. Given this is hardwired into the wall I will have to pay an electrician to do this and also dispose of faulty one. Replacement came box battered and was told to follow a link to put in a complaint. What have I been doing for weeks! Give up poor after care
