Good shop for Coca, hot chocolate

It was unfortunate that on the day I visited the coffee sample machine was not available or the tea urn, the hot chocolate sample machine was heating for about 30 minutes and then needed what seemed like another thirty minutes while the powder was then added and mixed. The staff seemed indifferent about switching on another machine. This was the first time it was like this as usually the staff are more engaged and all three sample options are available. Possible because very busy on Boxing Day being crowded as the first day of the sales.

Please change or fix your lights, I couldn't stay in for more than five minutes due to them flickering.Edit: just want to add, the place wasn't always like this. It's been a bit since I visited but it definitely wasn't an issue before. I'll update my review at a later date if it changes.

They are selling good quality products but the offers that they have make it impossible to buy what you want/need.Wanted to purchase a box of soluble tea but as they are on 3 for £20, you are forced to buy all of them and they won't sell them individually.
