It's waitress..
Though hate the self service checkouts. They are too low and not good for tall or older patrons. The scan port is small and the areas for packing are small. Who every designed these should give back the money they charged.
Also put larger bar codes wrap around like Aldi this really helps!!!!

Standard Waitrose store, but there is hardly any network coverage by the tills, so when you try to load the Waitrose app on your phone to scan it, it annoyingly takes a very long time. The same can be said for the customer service area; you have to linger around near the flower pots by the entrance to get a decent signal just to load an email for click and collect and then go back to the customer service desk.

The great location makes shopping a little nicer. I only popped in to grab a drink on a shockingly hot day, but I really loved the shop. It was well-stocked, very clean, and had a great selection of food, drinks, and ingredients that I hadn?t seen available in other stores.

Usually a very good place to shop especially if you go early. Supermarkets seem to be getting worse at selling freshly baked bread in store nowadays. Quite difficult to buy normal large loafs they think everybody wants fancy sourdough etc

This is a very good supermarket and everything is very good/ high quality. However some products can be a bit overrated comparing to others but a good backup if needed to find some specialities.
The staff is friendly and polite and the permission are kept very clean.
