I'm absolutely appalled by the service I received at Vodafone. From the moment I walked in, the welcome was incredibly rude - and I get it, they were busy, but that doesn't excuse appalling manners. When I was finally served by a customer assistant, I was barely acknowledged and they didn't even bother to ask for proof of identification when I was collecting my new phone. When I asked if they could set up my new phone for me, I was hit with a £25 charge. When I questioned this fee, I was told it's been in place for at least 4 years. Are you kidding me? I've bought at least 4 phones from Vodafone over the past 6 years and I've never, ever been asked to pay to set up a phone. And when I pointed this out to the customer assistant, I was basically accused of lying. Unbelievable. I've had top-notch service from this branch in the past, but this experience was a total slap in the face. I'd rather drive further afield and deal with a competitor than be treated like I'm unimportant in this Vodafone branch. Abysmal customer service - avoid if you want to be treated with respect.

Broadband keeps dropping out every day for the past year, multiple calls and chats, and everytime is the same solution restart the router... gives some bs story about firmware not updating etc, but in the end same issues. Worst of all still locked in the contract, forced to pay for not receiving a service.... Bt or sky is not as scummy as this company. Avoid at all costs.

No help at all and now have Just been robbed of £120 because the fella on the on the other side of the phone had no clue what he was doing, went into the shop for help and was told to ring someone else but each time I try ring they hang up before it?s even answered, happy for you to spend money with them but not happy to help when a paying customer needs it!!!!

When Vodafone know you want to end your contract they start taking payments early when there aren't the funds to cover it then charge you £5 late payment to your following bill, they also add thing to your contact without asking your if you would like this option plus Vodafone is expensive compared to other networks. I'd say avoid Vodafone there's better options out there.

I visited the Vodafone store to upgrade my phone and trade in my old device. That was two years ago. Unfortunately, what should have been a straightforward process turned into a frustrating ordeal.
First, the staff took my old phone but failed to complete the trade-in process within the agreed timeframe. Each time I visited the store to check on the status, I was met with excuses, as the staff claimed it was a different department?s responsibility. It took me four separate visits just to get any clarity on the situation.
When I asked to speak to a manager about my concerns, I was met with a lack of accountability. The manager appeared to be hiding in the office and wouldn?t come out to address my issues. This lack of leadership only added to my frustration.
Last weekend my contract was nearing its end, I decided to explore my options for cancellation. Instead of receiving assistance, an advisor told me that I had to call a separate number to cancel my contract. I couldn?t understand why I could sign a contract in-store but couldn?t cancel it the same way. The advisor simply walked away and left me to fend for myself.
Overall, my experience at this branch was incredibly disappointing. It seems that once they have you locked into a contract, they have no interest in providing support or assistance. I would not recommend this branch to anyone looking for help with their services.

I recently had the pleasure dealing with Vodafone customer service , and I couldn?t be more impressed. Tash, in particular was exceptional. Incredible friendly and patient . Hi went above and beyond to ensure that I had all information I needed. I?m extremely satisfied with the service I received and I will continue to be loyal Vodafone customer.

Useless cant even upgrade my broadband for last 45 days I'm trying to do it. After wasting
2½ hour chatting with VODAFONE CHAT TEAM, VODAFONE BROADBAND TEAM, VODAFONE BACK END TEAM, VODAFONE SOS TEAM, VODAFONE AUTHORISED TEAM,Vodafone TECHNICAL TEAM.
Support team don't help and there is no way I can go to the store and do it as it just online support provided. Vodafone will loose more customers like this plaining to switch soon

I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by Subz at the Vodafone Swindon store, and I can't speak highly enough of the experience. Subz was incredibly patient, understanding, and knowledgeable, going above and beyond to resolve my issues. His positive attitude and respectful manner made a real difference, and I left the store feeling happy and stress-free. Subz is an absolute legend and a true asset to the Vodafone team.

if they had no stars they would be awarded no starts the directors who manage their customers are abysmal the management should be ashamed you employ staff who can't even communicate in proper English I spent 3 hours today of my own time for an upgrade the VODAFONE CANCELLED TWICE BY MISTAKE.
VODAFONE HAS LOST NEARLLY £4500 OF MY BUSINESS OVER 24 MONTHS THEY MESSED UP MY ORDER TWICE
EVEN THEN THE MANAGER WOULD NOT TALK TO ME I SPOKE WITH 6 PEOPLE TODAY.
6 SPOKE IS THAT THE NORM. I CAN EVIDENCE THIS IF NEEDED THE CALLS ARE RECORDED ON MY SIDE AS WELL FOR PROOF.
FROM MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE AND TO NEW CUSTOMERS COMING TO VODAFONE THE MANGEMENT ARE EITHER CLOWNS OR THEY EMPLOY CLOWNS STAY AWAY FROM THEM THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABYSMAL VERY LOW CLASS ITS SUCH A SHAME THIS COMPANY IS GOING DOWNHILL LOOK AT THEIR SHARE VALUE PLUMMETING THE UK DIRECTORS IN MY OPINION SHOULD BE SACKED AS YOU ARE LETTING YOU SHAREHOLDERS DOWN.

Horrible, don't sign contract, you will be lied about the prices and the network signal is horrible.
At the minute you sign your contract the prices will start to go up, you won't be able to use 5g either if you have it included in your plan and the signal is terrific.
BIG MISTAKE TO SIGN WITH THEM !!
You can see from the screenshot I'm currently writing this review without a signal and no internet connection...
TERRIBLE SERVICES, IF THERES A CHANCE WOULD RATE THEM 0 STARS!!!
