Angry & annoyed when are people going to take notice that not all folk have the ability or the facility to use Internet. You have a local phone number why can't someone answer so people like myself are able to ask a question & get an answer direct.

Worst customer service, Staff really don't care or listen to their customer. I requested for my bank statement, she said it will take a week and it will come through post.
