Mostly good staff. They do their best to try to help most of the time. A large amount of the time, the things I want are not in stock. Nonetheless, happy with the staff who are doing their best to help.

1st time I?ve been here. I didn?t really know what I needed for the job so thought I?d ask. Just like Argos the staff just know have to use the System to search and get stuff off the shelf. Not very helpful so probably won?t use their store again.

Always had a great experience here but for the first time yesterday, a member of staff was less than friendly.
Just grunted and said the bare minimum, felt I was an inconvenience to her and that she didn't want to be there.
Apart from her, always been treated with respect here, as at most Stores, hence the 5 stars.

Toolstation purposely mislead their customers by offering 'next day delivery' which turns out to be next business day delivery after they have your money. This means orders placed for next day on Thursday evening will be with you Monday afternoon.
Have used Toolstation for 15 years, if you don't offer convenience you offer nothing.
