Every time I visit this store I get the best customer service. Particularly from the man (sorry I don?t have the name) but he always asks if you can find everything and advises on the products and fit etc. When I was served, the lady behind the till also ensured I knew how to care for the product I was buying. Lovely staff. Thankyou.

Nice change from the usual, good products at reasonable prices. Even got some spray on wax to waterproof some old Superdry jackets. Friendly, knowledgable staff.

We have received absolutely shocking customer service in this Swindon shop today.my dad bought jacket and he could wear it (he has ocd on clothing cleanliness) as lots of little feathers were coming out of the jacket.went to shop to return it-long story short-both customer assistants who were in a shop refused to refund money.they told me to prof that feather were coming out even if it was lots of them flying around when they were looking at the jacket.still wasn't enough.even if my mom has photos of dads clothing covered in feathers. Rang customer service and the first lady who answered said that the line of jacket my dad bought is known as being faulty!!!!!!!!After lots of talking and explanatios why dad can't wear it finally got the refund. But shop assistant was so rude and horrible. When I tried to show that top is covered in feathers and lots of them seen to be coming out of jacket shop assistant completely ignored me.The most horrible thing was she said "oh,just refund the money so customers will finally leave the store!!!!!!(will get out) great! Made us feel very "welcome"Will never return to that store again!And be careful when you are buying as refund is just impossible!even if customer service said that that line is known as faulty

A large variety of ski clothes in the winter months. The staff were helpful and the products are at great prices and quality.
