me and my husband av stayed in the White Hart on many occasions, still remains good value for money , excellent rooms! brilliant staff and the food is lovely! would definitely recommend this hotel! ?

Popped in for the Sunday Carvery. Not the best I?ve ever had, probably on a par with a Toby?. Good points, quiet seating area away from the main bar, beer is a sensible price but not served quite as Mr Arkell would have liked imho, but not bad. A reasonable selection of veg but the roasties weren?t crispy which was a shame. There seems to be seating for families on the other side of the bar which is good for those who want it but I guess they went elsewhere as the carvery was very quiet. I much better pub than I remember when I lived here 25 years ago but a very average plate of food today. The waitresses were very good and this place definitely has potential. If the queue isn?t 10 people deep at 1pm for a Sunday carvery then something is not quite right.

Pub has an agreement with the safety center that's near by. My 2 day course came with lunch here. I had the curry and ham,egg and chips both were lovely!

Stayed here whilst working away. Accommodation block and room were excellent. Clean, fresh and really well presented. Staff were efficient in the restaurant and the food was really good value for money. WIFI in the rooms is excellent. Highly recommended and will stay again if working in the area in the future.

Outstanding accomodation and excellent food. I was in the area for work and a colleague recommended the White Hart. The rooms punch way above the weight of the average pub accommodation, and the food was outstanding. Will be staying there again this week and in the future when I am in the area.Rooms: The rooms are large double/king sized rooms in a separate building. Each has a nicely appointed en suite shower room and excellent in-room facilities.Food & drinks: The menu is varied and excellent across the board. Portions are generous and everything is very well cooked. Desserts are extremely good and feature the occasional unusual item (Pecan Pie for example).

Gorgeous spacious pub with lovely decor, friendly staff and feels plush, even the loos! Enjoyed good sized nice coffees, catered well for vegans with biscoff biscuits on the side and oat milk. Close to M4 near Swindon so convenient stop off for a break rather than motorway services and plenty of parking. Great menu

Great place to spend a few days. Room with everything you require. Service in restaurant for meals first class. Breakfast a highlight. Good location and easy to find.Food & drinks: Food good quality and well presented.
