I LOVE WETHERSPOONS! This is definitely the best Spoons in Swindon. It is much larger than the other location, plentiful seating, and seemed to be better staffed (at least during the several times I visited). Tables - not sticky Food and drink - arrived VERY quickly Ladies toilet - just to the left of the bar, not maze! Of course there is no shortage of Spoons charm - the mismatched chairs, the crazy carpet, the "regulars" :) Of all the Spoons I have visited, I'd rate The Savoy a solid 4.4..... being generous I'll round up to a 5.

Every customer has their winter coats & wolly hats on while inside.
Every staff member has short sleved tshirts on
This explains their whole attitude towards punters .. they don't care.

I'm sorry.. this was probably the worst experience of any Wetherspoon I've visited anywhere in the country
Firstly needed to form an orderly queue at the bar...
Ordered a couple of drinks and some food, it arrived cold and in parts uncooked and very unappealing
One piece of Gammon looked grilled, the other seemed boiled. The small fish was missing the fish and was just a bit of burned batter.
The veg was all shrivelled ... I could go on !
just unbelievable that anyone would even believe they could serve this appalling quality to a paying customer.
Not recommended at any level !!

My favourite Spoons. Been here a few times. Good service, food and beer. What more could you hope for. Prices are very good too. Today I had a superb pint of Marston's Wainwright Gold for just £1.99. Ordered via the excellent Wetherspoons app and delivered to my table in less than 1 minute. The pint was delicious and this pub is always entertaining. Filled with 'characters'.
