Place has a good range of things, and their seasonal aisles are always laid out really well. Staff members could probably do with some extra training on customer interaction and where their products are located.

Poor stock and click and collect is awful. Customer service is non existent too! Nearly 12 full hours for the click and collect service and my items still weren?t ready, even after the confirmation email informing me to collect. Don?t bank on going into store after seeing if it?s in stock online because it doesn?t marry up, either that or they can?t be bothered looking for you ????

DO NOT BUY FROM ONLINE ordered picture 18th of June xl picture home delivery only as 106cm £134.99 picture never came the tracking number never worked picture never came only just got my money back after it was returned back to Range from the delivery person as they never came to me no answer from people of what happened as to why I never had rearly did get the run around only and all the phone calls I made as you can see from text we were in July and June was gone and they were trying to say it was delivered by 24th June no that's why im on phone so don't have the headache I had also said I could pick up from shop when it home delivery only if it would have fitted in my car I would have

Not one member of staff could find what i was looking for, then was told they didn't sell it, even though it was on their website. Eventually found it my self after 2 staff members were very rude.

One of my favourite shops they always seem to have everything that I've loved going there looking for plus things that I didn't even think that I needed prices are always good generally some things can be expensive and some things can be very cheap my only criticism is that the cues can be a little bit long They're not very attentive and spotting a large queue and then trying to get more people on checkouts it's also handy that there's a food section in there now overall I'd give it 9 out of 10
