I had the pleasure of receiving a thorough consultation pre colour and cut with the very charming and talented Marcus and Hannah the aspiring apprentice, the whole experience and final results not only met my expectations but exceeded them, Hannah a true professional and my colour and cut was excellent all round, very happy client, huge thank you, cannot recommend highly enough. ? ? ?? ?

I had an appointment with Hayley and I couldn?t have asked for a better experience. The entire place and all it?s staff have beautiful calm energy, it?s spotless and light. This was my first ever salon trip as an adult and I was nervous but Hayley put me at ease with her absolutely wonderful energy, she held the space for me and my emotional needs making sure I knew the exits and toilets locations, she also makes a BANGING cup of tea. The colouring service she did for me turned out as my literal dream hair, even though I have dark hair and she warned me that the blue tones in the colour I had chosen may not come up she nailed it and my hair just didn?t look real. It was the perfect blend of blue black and it just felt so good to look at myself and see what I had always wanted to. She kept me updated and guided me through the entire experience, I left with exactly what I wanted and a new found confidence in my next experiences with my hair and her. Went for a restyle thinking it was a modern salon that did texturised cuts and balayage, but I came out with a MUCH shorter hair style than I asked for and highlights that looked like steps on my temples. Made a complaint with just an apology as a response.Hair corrected by another hairdresser not employed by this salon.
