I visit this shop fairly often , and have always had a positive experience. But today, me and my partner were served by Olivia. She was extremely rude and arrogant. Chewing gum very obnoxiously and didn't seem like she wanted to help us or even be there to work.I actually purchased a perfume for nearly £100 and decided to come back in the store and return it purely based on the very poor service . I have always been satisfied with the good service at Swindon outlet , and use the scent addict subscription online but today's transaction made me genuinely consider never returning to this branch.

They are cheater they charge more than the price available on their websites.We bought 3 hugo boss perfume which cost us GBP103 and on their website it cost GBP 80 .. they are fooling the customer and making money..ridiculous..

Bought a French Connection gift set. Tried at home to test before gifting and it was no fragrance at all for both the bottles. Also the body lotion was very watery. Spoke to the store staff and she said it works fine on testing paper. One has to sniff it hard to get the fragrance. Almost water. I usually buy stuff here but refrain from buying this particular product.

SHOCKING SERVICE!!!!!!!!Waited over an hour to place order for 2 products to be delivered!All staff were new to the till system and apparently had no training. Area Manager turned up to the store at the same time and said she didnt know either.Placed and paid for the order. 1 Product turned up. Called Store on 3 Occasions to speak to Lorna Store manager she never called me back once.Spoke to customer services HQ and they said i needed to sort it with the Store....What a lot of rubbish.I spend appx £150 pm with the fragrance shop but will no longer be their customer.People loosing their jobs saying people buy online now but its only because we don't get a service from these type of stores.

I got a great deal on perfumes. I wish the staff could have explained about the lasting time of the purchase i made. The perfumes smell great but don't last more than 4 hours. I bought 'SJP Lovely' and CK 'in2u'.
