Went in this morning to hand in some parcels to send off, Ally/Alli was working in the post office (Freshbrook) and she was an absolute joy to be served by, she was very well versed with information and talked me through the process on sending the parcels off and the different varieties I could choose to send with eg, 1st class, 2nd etc. I am writing this review because she has absolutely made my day and sky rocketed my confidence for my new business I started all at the same time as doing her job and going the extra mile. (Thank you, you were an absolute star and I hope you get the recognition you deserve!)

Really handy little post office counter with very little time queueing as they open both counters.
