Went over today at 17:50 (Friday 09/12) and was told they are closing in 10 mins and asked what I wanted, I said I wanted to change my contracts ?we ain?t doing that now because we are closing in 10 mins? I bet if I said I want a new contract they would have acted as friendly as ever. I asked if I can do it online and they said ?yeah? so I said I won?t bother. Looking at the open times it says they shut at 7pm not 6pm and how long could it take to change a contract? I guess too long if no commission is involved. Really put me off? I worked in retail before and you don?t turn away custom especially when there was 2 of them and still had time to deal with a simple request!

Staff go above and beyond! Just popped in today with my Nan who?s quite confused with technology and received amazing service from Emma! I myself have had some issues but received the best help from all staff members (special thanks for the manager). Emma did everything she could and more and made the transition to a new phone easy and simple. Highly recommend this network and this store specifically.

Just been into Tesco Mobile with what I knew was a Sim Card problem. Sales guy not interested at all. Told me it was a phone problem and should go back to the Phone Provider which I did. Fixed in two seconds. Sim Card issue as I said. Won?t be renewing my Sim Deal with Tesco that?s for sure. After all every little helps but not if you are a Tesco Mobile Sales person. Should be 0/5 but you have to give 1 to be able to leave a review.

I had a terrible time with Tesco mobile, leaving me 10 days without service. I went in store to have it sorted and the chap has been really willing to help. Unfortunately whatever he did wasn't the right thing so I ended up another 4 days without service.The online service also went down the pan since last time I needed it, but of course is not the shop assistant fault.

I popped in to inquire about changing my pay as you go sim as the triple up package wasn't for me. Gareth was extremely helpful and within half an hour I was on a new package (rocket pack) which totally suits my needs, still pay as you go, no extra cost and no pressure to sign to a contract, very happy to recommend.

Very professional place and people. The guy that helped me buy my phone was very professional and very helpful. I explained what I needed and he offered me the most suitable choices for my situation. I left the shop with my mobile phone fully configured and all prices staf clear.
