I just want to let you know there's a John Lewis across the way from you in the same outlet. When I was browsing furniture and beds not once was I harassed over buying something. I'm looking to move next year and buy furnishings, but I think I'd rather go to John Lewis instead. If I enter your store, please don't pounce on me in a predatory fashion trying to make a sale. I get you do *need* to make sales, but this kind of activity will always, *always*, turn people away.

Good quality mattresses and pillows. They also sell good quality of reconditioning mattresses and pillows with good price.

The products are fine but trying to buy one is a nightmare. Anthone Ward at the Outlet Centre in Swindon could not have been more obstructive, bossy or chippy. Having already bought a mattress from them, I knew that the service was really poor but decided to give them another chance.I visited the store and chose a bed which I ordered shortly afterwards. I returned to collect and was told that they thought I wanted it delivered and that this would take 3-4 weeks. So I repeated my request to collect and was told that it would take a week to get it into the store.On the due date, I was told that the mattress had been marked during transit and that it would be ready the next day. I returned the next day having given Anthone a call, as requested, with 30 minutes' notice. When I arrived in the store, he could not find the paperwork. He found it after some time but had not completed it ready for my collection and began filling it in - more waiting. I asked it was not ready. He explained that the paperwork could not completed until payment had been taken and yet he was filling it in with no payment having been taken.I pointed this out, at which point he screwed up the paperwork and threw it down in a tantrum and refused to complete the transaction. So I left, having wasted 2 weeks with Tempur. Oddly, Anthone complained that he was not paid enough to provide decent service or explain failings. Good luck with that pay rise Anthone. You didn't even spell my name correctly or log the right email address.I went to another supplier, found a wonderful mattress, ordered it and paid for it on the spot and it was delivered within 2 days.

I bought from the Swindon outlet (both bed and mattress).The slatted section of the bed has broken twice within a year of ownership, and repairs (in my experience) take at a minimum 1 month.The broken slatted section has caused a severe dip in the middle of the bid, which has led to my partner and I sleeping at the opposite end of the bed in order to ease the back pain caused by the large dip.When on a functioning bed, the mattress is comfortable, but the products are unreliable and I simply cannot recommend their products to anyone.Please avoid this brand and shop elsewhere.

One of the worst shopping experience we had.We were told Tempur outlet beds might be ex showroom display or cancelled orders sold at half price but the member of staff we dealt with wasn't keen to mention the beds could be returned used by dissatisfied customers.The one we received was so badly damaged it should have been scrapped.We returned it straight away and bought a brand new one from another retailer.

Number one place to shop if you want TEMPUR products. Ultra friendly and approachable staff with no unwanted pressure to buy. They really are a credit to the brand.
