We were looking for a house to rent and we went to Taylors . Amy has been our point of contact from the first day and she has been at it starting from property viewing to finally the move in. Amy and Kirsten have always gone above and beyond to make sure that the entire process was really smooth.I would like to take this opportunity of sending a personal thank you to Amy and Kirsten for all their hard work,we had a very good experience and now we have moved in to our new home.

I visited Taylors in Swindon to discuss letting my flat. Sam in the Swindon office welcomed me and discussed my requirements. She suggested coming to look at the flat there and then. As soon as I decided to go ahead and let, Sam was able to commence marketing as the photos were already done. Viewings were taking place within days and ideal tenants found thanks to Sam and the Swindon team. I have been impressed how they have kept me informed throughout the process.

We are currently in the process of letting with Taylors- Lara has been with us every step of the way so far. We don't move until the end of April, but I know Lara will help us with anything should crop up we need a hand with. Professional and very friendly, I would reccomend Taylors to anyone looking to rent in Swindon.

Reasonably good. Had a nightmare contacting Taylors in the beginning. Was assured that no guarantee would be required then after 2 weeks of radio silence we discover that a guarantee is needed. Minus 1 star for being told to change a 4 star to 5 star

Terri Watson and Kirsten Carter of Taylors Swindon have been really helpful in a recent communication with the branch. We had a query regarding our tenancy and both of these ladies were so helpful and dealt with our query quickly and efficiently. Very grateful for this. Highly recommended :)

I was given 9:10am appointment for viewing .. I was told that the property was near the outlet and the exact post code and address would be conveyed to me in advance. I reached near the outlet at 8:55 am and waited there till 9:30am.Tried calling on the given number multiple times but all I heard was a voice mail which says that the land line is available from 9am to 5pm.. neither did I receive the post code nor did I receive any call from the said person.. Very unprofessional as there was no communication at all nor did someone bother to call us back. I am a working professional myself and had to leave work aside for this appointment. Don't think we would recommend this agency to anyone. Definitely a zero star rating but that's not an option!

Lara helped us get a place after so long of trying. She made it clear and easy on what to do as we have never rented before. Constant communication and a very quick and easy process. Thank you so much Lara. Amy has been helpful too in previous attempts at getting a place even tho we were unsuccessful ? Taylor?s are by far the best letting agents in swindon that we have tried to get a place with. They also send us other properties by text which helped us get this place now. thank you guys so much!!
